Traditional in stainless steel tanks with a controlled temperature between 77°F (25°C) and 82°F (28°C). 10 to 14 month of ageing in French oak barrels followed by 18 month in laid bottles. Tasting notes Ksar Bahia is a voluptuous wine of character with noble and velvety tannins, he combine with harmony dark red cherry colour, fruit intensity and spicy flavours. Service suggestions Enjoy it around 59-62°F (15-17°C), this velvety and sensual wine will perfectly marry your most elaborate red meat dishes. |
