Immens geconcentreerde en robuuste port met een rijke fluwelen structuur.

Tasting Note:
"The Dow 2003 is not made in a flamboyant and blousy style. The wine follows the traditional Dow's Vintage Port hallmark, which is slightly drier than the other leading houses while retaining the traditional richness that is characteristic of all great Vintage Port. The tannins are well structured and the wine has immense body and depth. On the palate, the Dow '03 has strong flavours of bitter chocolate and black pepper."
This is a wine not designed to flatter and please when young, it has been made to age well and to reach the levels of the Dow '55, '66 and '80, all amongst the very best in their years.
